would agree to an art trade, but I'm glad he did! All he asked for was a picture of Tron Bonne from Megaman Legends. No specifics. Just a picture of her. So I decided to have fun and use an image of this figurine I saw online of her in an alternate outfit. I really loved the pose as well so I decided to use that as well. The main thing I did change was the positioning of the legs, made the shoes a shade darker than pure white, and pallet swapped the choker and hairband from pink to black and blue (I felt the pink just looked too out of place with the rest of the costume). It may sound dumb, but I like the negative space created by her hair and exaggerated the hair flow a bit to make sure there was negative space on both sides. It was weird placing the lowest blue strip on Tron's body as it was below the waist. I would say it was more where her hips would be. The knees were hard for me to find and feel out on my referance figure too. It's hard to explain except to say it feels unnatural. guessed my initial sketch!
