Oh THANK YOU the DA Submition process works again!!! It must've just been a temporary glitch lasting a few hours. So sorry this isn't on the 4th! However! I started on the 3rd, 4th, and finished in the wee hours of the 5th (coloring).
I did Hetalia's America last year but it was some boring old sketch. This one's in color! YAY! I used a red micron pen to go with the whole red, white, and blue patriotic theme.
The popsicle in his mouth is one of those USA themed ones that have those little ridges on them. You know the ones, right? Wish I had that for the 4th instead of a fudge-sicle. When I commented to my dad about this he told me he could paint it those colors if I wanted. I promptly shut up and ate my fudge-sicle.
On a final note USA is saying "what"? because of the silliness of the fact that he's just holding the popsicle in his mouth and not even holding the handle with his hand. He doesn't get that it's a bit inappropriate for a birthday photo.
